I feel better now! It will not replace things or rewind time but self-care is needed. How can you help others if you are not together? I am smiling, I feel at ease . Usually when my day is off, I am messed up the whole day, week, month, year, and the century and so on lol .
In all breathing, and stopping my busy day and using my frustration and annoyance positivly by doing what I do well: writing.; has helped me approached all of my time a bit better.
