Meatless day of the week recipe: Korean/Japanese Sweet potato fries

I finally was able to have my very hard Korean/Japanese sweet potatoes cut enough to make fries out of them. Mine is a bit on the spicy side. They need nothing but the things below.




Korean Purple







Sweet Potato Fries 

Yeiks 4 servings ( 2 big potatoes) 




Ingredients 


  • Korean. Japanese Sweet potatoes (2)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Red pepper flakes ( optional)
  • Oil ( optional) 





Directions 
  • Cut into small pieces wedges if possible
  • Season
  • Bake ( 400 for 45 min)
