Pickling Peppers
Ingredients
- Peppers
- Soy Sauce
- Vinegar ( I used rice wine)
- Water
- Sugar ( optional)

Measurements
- Cup of water
- Cup of vinegar
- 1/4 soy sauce
- A teaspoon of sugar( to taste)
- 10 jalapeno peppers

Directions
- Add all ingredients and boil
- Cut up peppers
- Place in jar
- Pour the mix on to peppers
- Let it cool then place in the Refrigerator .

Final thoughts:
I borrowed a combination of the Asian pickling method and the everyday pickling methods. Instead of salt, I sued soy and so on. It's based on your taste. These last a few weeks so enjoy sandwiches and also rice. Its great with rice since its sweet.
