Fitness Routine in Quarantine







Hey

Since we are stuck inside, going to my Barre and Yoga classes are a no go. I enjoy the ways that companies are doing our classes via zoom and other platforms to ensure that we are not only doing them correctly but keeping up with our personal fitness routines.

What is your favorite activity? I range from cycling to yoga. I do whatever keeps me engaged and happy. I have no problem learning new things and I have now invested in more gear to make this happen. Barre is a bit much ( I feel it every workout) but I enjoy it.

I have a list of new things including equipment that will help with all workouts. Tell me what you think.
