Meatless Days of the Week Recipes : Hot Sauce

 Hey

Long time no recipe lol No, really  I have pictures of them but have been lazy lol. You know the above title goes for all things that don't have meat in them ( most of the time), So today I will show you how I make hot sauce.

It was out of the blue a few weeks ago and last week when I ordered too many jalapenos. I was like, oh no. lol, I took my recipe from a few places, here and there. So here are my reference places. Now, this weeks' versions have habaneros in them. I'm not playing, lol. Next will be thai chilis. Enjoy

Homemade Hot Sauce

Last a week in the Refrigerator

Yields 16 ish peppers

Ingredients

  • Peppers ( jalapenos, chilis, habaneros, so on )
  • White Vinegar ( cup)
  • Salt ( to your liking)
  • Garlic ( i used two cloves)
  • Onion ( I used  a 1/3 cup)
  • Tomato ( i used 2 small ones)

Directions

1. Cut and boil papers in the vinegar until soft ( ten min ish)
2. Add them with all other ingredients to the blender
3. Blend until you get the consistency you want
4. Add salt

* Note* Mine is a bit chunky but blend more for liquidity.

This takes 15 ish minutes to do. Very quick and easy, and it's all on what you use. In all of the recipes, I research have the same or similar ingredients. I added more things for a better flavor.
