I'm here with another tasty food find.  This one is in Northern Virginia, Annadale to the exact. It is called Kimen, and it is impressive. Have a look-see at what was ordered below.

I think you should check them out. I think everyone has their own expectations on how ramen is supposed to be priced and such, so it's up to the consumer, I say.
